Music is an integral part of worship at First Church. We have an active Senior Choir, as well as a Cherub Choir. The choirs present wonderful musical programs throughout the year and special programs for church events. The Choir season runs from September through May.

Our Choir Director and Organist is Fred North, II. Fred has done a marvelous job selecting music, conducting and accompanying the choirs.

This is an exciting year, with new music, joint services, a choir exchange, a cantata, and more. Please join us for a rehearsal to get an idea of the music we will be doing, and see how you can participate. Even if you will only be able to sing with us occasionally, please come to share voice and your ideas. We rehears on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. in the Choir Room, and we sing on Sundays during worship! If would like to join us, please call Fred North II at  860‑498‑0551 or email him at to learn more.

The Junior Choir is open to children in grades 4-8. Please join us for our a rehearsal to get an idea of the music we will be doing and to get a schedule. If your children would like to sing with us at some point, please call Fred North II at  860‑498‑0551 or email him at to learn more.
